Two Simple Salad Dressing Loved by All, Lemon-Blueberry Dutch Baby, Pizza Night News & More

A few weeks ago, I shared a photo in my Instagram stories of my children and their four cousins sitting at the kids' table at my parents' house eating Easter Dinner.

Upon seeing it, a woman messaged me immediately exclaiming: How are so many children eating salad?!

On that evening, the salad had been dressed with this Apple Cider Vinaigrette, which I sent to the woman immediately along with another dressing children generally seem to like: my Great Aunt Phyllis's Greek Salad Dressing. My kids have not always been the best salad eaters, but in recent years, these two dressings have eased them into the salad-eating sphere. Bonus: they're easy to make and adults like them, too.

In other dressing news, on Friday, I made the spring wedge salad recipe (pictured above) from Pizza Night, which you can find over at The Department of Salad and which is dressed with a Greek yogurt ranch. I always serve wedge salads with extra dressing on the side, and while I did not intend for my children to use it as a dip, they did: upon seeing the bowl of herby ranch, in went their pepper sticks and baby carrots, and before long, the extra dressing was gone. Score!
